Depending on the size of the parcel, we choose between DHL, GLS and DPD. We deliver to Germany, the Netherlands and Austria, with a delivery time of 2–5 working days.

For new customers paying via PayPal, prepayment or bank transfer, the period for calculating the delivery date begins on the day we receive your payment.
For our existing customers, the period for calculating the delivery date begins on the day the order is placed.
If the last day of the calculated delivery period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the period is extended to the following working day.

The delivery charges via one of our delivery service providers are €11.95 (including VAT) per delivery within Germany for parcels weighing up to 31 kg.
For deliveries weighing 31 kg or more (pallet delivery) within Germany, we charge €85.00 (including VAT) per delivery – prices are subject to change in line with the freight forwarders’ daily rates.
