Parcel Delivery
The delivery charge for parcels is €11.95 (including VAT) per parcel up to 31kg. Deliveries are made by the courier services DPD or UPS.
Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel. Detailed information on the delivery status of your goods is available on request.
Delivery Times
Max. 5 working days
Provided the goods are in stock, we will dispatch them on the day after the order is placed or upon receipt of payment.
For goods that are on their way to our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation by email stating the expected delivery date.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the transit times for the goods.
Shipping transport
Delivery by freight forwarder applies from a weight of 31 kg per order.
Pallet transport from €45 per pallet within Germany.
Please note that freight forwarder costs can vary daily.
