Sanicus starts production of the R4.1 hand dryer in Europe – innovation meets precision

Sanicus takes the next step: The production of components for our R4.1 hand dryer has begun in Europe.
This allows us to rely on short delivery routes, the highest manufacturing standards, and a closer connection to our customers.

The R4.1 Hand dryers is a compact, powerful hand dryer with contactless activation, UV-C light, ionisation and a HEPA 13 filter. At just 350 watts, it dries hands in under 10 seconds – hygienically, efficiently and vandal-proof.

A peek behind the scenes – This is how the R4.1 hand dryer is made:

CNC milling of components:

Our video demonstrates the high-precision machining of the components. This is where the robust basic elements of the R4.1 are created – with millimetre accuracy and durability.

Manual metalworking by employees:

Our video shows an employee manually bending metal parts. This video clearly demonstrates the skill and experience that go into manufacturing – a true mark of quality.

To secure production in the long term and react flexibly to market demands, we are investing specifically in our own machinery. This not only creates additional capacity but also our own production facilities, which help us to actively avoid supply chain problems.

This decision strengthens our position in Europe and allows us to directly control quality, availability, and innovation – regardless of global bottlenecks.

Mit der europäischen Produktion des R4.1 Hand DryerWe don't just offer a technologically advanced product – we also guarantee reliability, transparency, and service on an equal footing. Proximity to manufacturing allows us to respond more quickly to individual requirements and implement innovations directly.

Sanicus R4.1 – developed for the future, produced in Europe.
